Our typical turnaround time for any rebranding or website projects are 10-12 weeks depending on the scope of the work. Timelines are often affected by the client’s schedule and their feedback. Once a new client is signed with us, we sit down with them and organize the timelines for the project based on its scope.
In an ideal world, we would love to have an adequate amount of notice from our clients however this is often not the case. Providing our clients with quality work is our paramount focus and with this in mind, we accommodate our clients to the best of our ability avoiding additional fees where possible.
We only take a certain amount of new business per year. Our goal is to service our current clients and accommodate their needs as they evolve within their businesses. During your customized strategy meeting, we will provide you with an approximate start date. Depending on our availability, we typically book new clients a month or two in advance giving us plenty of time to complete their onboarding process.
Our projects are broken down into either Phase 1 or Phase 2. Phase 1 projects are one time or foundational projects. Examples of Phase 1 projects are logo and collateral design, website development, branding videos and photography, etc. Phase 2 projects are subscription based such as newsletters, website management, ad management, social media management, etc.
Our commitment to a yearly contract is driven by the nature of marketing, which requires time to generate substantial results and meaningful traction. Businesses would need to spend a minimum of $100,000CAD annually to engage us for their marketing needs. The reason that we have a minimum spend is because we take a holistic approach to support a business’ bottom line. This budget gives us the ability to have a multi-angle approach which would then produce the results required for that business to thrive.
This $100,000CAD does not include ad spend, legal work, domain purchases, font licenses, etc.
